My name is Theresa and I am a "mommy" to a four year old shelter-rescue dog name Maycee. I was raised in the Pentecostal faith, but left in my twenties and tasted other denominations but saw that these other denominations did not teach the Biblical truths and told what itching ears wanted to hear. God in His way pulled me back to the faith I grew up in. I am that prodigal daughter.
I have a bachelor degree in Business Administration and I am currently a graduate student at Liberty University Online studying Religion with a cognate in Leadership. I attend Cooley Avenue Church of God and I also help out in the Children's Ministry. When I am not doing all that, I enjoy spending time at home with Maycee, or having a monthly Get-Together with friends, or writing short stories and poetry. I have some poems and two stories published.
I desire more than anything to be a woman after God's own heart, just like King David. I also long for a relationship with God similar to the one Moses had with Him.
